My Core Program is built to guide anyone from foundational breath work and connection, to more advanced core exercises. By going back to the basics (breathwork and connection), you will learn how to intentionally and effectively connect to your deep core and pelvic floor muscles and bring awareness to your body. This knowledge will carry over to more effective strength training and overall quality of life. Nearly 1 in 3 American women suffer from a pelvic floor disorder like urinary incontinence, bowel incontinence, pelvic pain, or pelvic organ prolapse, and some have never given birth. Deep core work, and everything it involves (mind -muscle connection/awareness, pressure management, muscle strengthening, mobility, breathing techniques)-is critical to helping heal and prevent these common, but not normal, conditions. If you are looking to improve your overall core strength at a foundational level, then my program is the place to start - together we work through foundational breathing techniques and progressively overload our core and pelvic floor to build a firm foundation. AND, If you are newly pregnant, and looking to keep your strong throughout your pregnancy, I have a Pregnancy Safe Section broken down by each trimester. You'll have the key to a strong core for the duration of your pregnancy and in the several weeks postpartum, as well. My goal is to help you build (or rebuild) functional core strength that can be applied to all training and everyday life.
