It follows the programming infrastructure that I’ve developed over years of experience and that has achieved amazing results and reviews!
My workouts can be completed at home, the gym, or wherever you enjoy breaking a sweat. All you have to do is jump in and follow along! Along with the Weekly Workouts, you'll get access to my Core Program which is an 8 week comprehensive program geared towards strengthening your core from the inside, out. You'll also get access to my On-The-Go Banded Only Program - A 4 day split you can do ANYWHERE - all you need are long resistance bands. Working out from home? You'll need dumbbells, long resistance bands (to sub for cable work), and a booty band.
